I have two senior cats, who have been with me their entire lives. Providence has been amazing with their care! Loki has dental issues and we started to notice how much it was affecting him. Providence worked with me on options, pricing and helped me understand what would be involved. Loki ended up needing extractions and Providence was able to do it the same day, providing him same day relief which was huge for Loki. While we are still dealing with some left over infection, id highly recommend using this vet. Our other cat is not people friendly and they handled her with care and even gave me an option to sedate her so they can perform a full exam or any services she may need. They are expensive, but what vet or any service worth using isn’t?
As always, we were able to see the doctor quickly. Everyone, from the receptionist to the doctor and everyone in between was knowledgeable and professional, kind and friendly. Diagnosis was correct and problems were solved. One thing I really appreciated about this practice is they never try to up sale anything. Having owned dogs in this area for over 40 years I have been to a lot of other vets who often want to sell me other expensive things.
My daughter in law referred me to this practice after the last practice we were with was down to one vet. Providence has a full staff of highly capable, caring, intelligent women to care for your pets. The building doesn’t smell of urine, and doesn’t look like a vet’s office. I found it to be exceptionally clean. Dr. Haley and her assistant took great care of my dog Penny. The bill was so reasonable, I thought I was back in 1980. My dog has cystic acne, and one of the cysts popped open, and wouldn’t stop bleeding. Penny is healing and feeling so much better after 24 hours of having her wound cleaned out and starting antibiotics. I think I found my “forever vet.”
Hands down… actually paws down… the best of the best! We LOVE having Dr. Blakelee Price as our primary veterinarian. All of the staff are very personable, extremely caring about your pet(s) and go above and beyond to make your pet feel comfortable and well cared for. Check-in is always warm and welcoming. We are very happy to ensure trust and receive professional and very nice care from all of the Providence Vet Staff. Thank you for all of your jobs well done!
Took my dog Ace here for the first time and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s a pretty nervous pup, but the staff was incredibly gentle and patient with him—it made a big difference. The whole visit was impressively fast, from check-in to checkout, without ever feeling impersonal. Everyone was friendly and professional. Booking an appointment as a new client was super easy, which I really appreciated. Prices were very fair compared to my last vet. We’ll definitely be coming back.
We took my dog in for a checkup and Dr. Horne and the staff were wonderful. I was looking for a new vet and was so happy I found Providence. I know my dog is in good hands. I highly recommend Providence Vet Clinic.

Dr. Haley is THE BEST!! She loves my Golden boy like her own and always takes the best care of him. Rudy would live at the clinic with the staff if he could- he gives Providence 5 stars also! Elizabeth is always so helpful too! She goes above and beyond and helps me get Rudy in and out of the car when I have my baby with me. EC is so fortunate to have this clinic and amazing providers in our community!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Welborn and Dr. Price. My dog Duke had crystals as a puppy, and Dr. Welborn truly saved his life after another vet told me to put him down. She went above and beyond to make sure he got the care he needed, and she did everything she could to get him all better. 6 years later Duke is thriving and living his best life. I’ll forever be grateful for the time and compassion Dr. Welborn dedicated to him.Dr. Price has also been absolutely amazing. She’s cared for both of my dogs for several years and they jump with excitement when they see her. It’s rare to find vets who are not only knowledgeable but also so kind, patient, and genuine.
When my dog Lassie recently needed surgery for a mass tumor this past Friday, they made room for her immediately and treated her like one of their own. That level of care and empathy is something I’ll never forget.
I followed Dr. Welborn and Dr. Price from their previous clinic because finding vets who truly love what they do and treat your pets like family is priceless. I will continue to trust them with my dogs care for years to come. Thank you both for everything you’ve done you’ve made such a difference in both my pets lives. ❤️
